GuestOffice for Time Matters

GuestOffice is an internet portal that provides extranet capability to law firm Clients and/or their Co-counsel. GuestOffice's extranet capability provides access to specific Time Matters information. Matter related information can be securely and selectively shared with those persons with whom specific access has been granted.
 

Guest Office has been designed with two key objectives: Security and Simplicity

GuestOffice provides a safe environment for clients to view case based information. Preventive security measures include complete control over login account lockdown, secure transmission via (SSL) and database isolation using our virtual extranet firewall technology.

User presentation is simple and convenient. Websites may choose to implement the power views that are provided with Time Matters or quickly design something that specifically meets their individual needs. 

 

 

In addition, Data Equity has extended the power view syntax to accommodate much more sophisticated data presentation than previously provided.

 

 

GuestOffice enables consultants to customize a site with minimal impact on long term maintenance, using the same underlying presentation interface as
Time Matters' Power Views.

 

 

 

 

 

 


GuestOffice has very few moving parts. Everything you need is self-contained within the application.

Based on the GuestOffice Document Download options, Documents displayed in the Matter Dashboard have the capability to be downloaded to the Client’s computer.
